Question 01 of 03What is this about right now?
Select an answer
Six areas, one point of contact.
You do not have to decide which discipline your question belongs to. We sort that out in the first conversation.
How we work
Analysis. Strategy. Structure.
Delivery. Support.
Five steps, whichever service area we start in. Each step has a defined outcome, so you always know where things stand.
Analysis
An initial conversation about your situation, your market and your existing structures. We make the relevant areas for action visible.
Outcome: a written assessment with possible starting points.
Strategy
Together we set priorities and develop a direction from them that stands up commercially.
Outcome: an agreed target picture with clear priorities.
Structure
We put the organisational groundwork in place: processes, responsibilities and interfaces.
Outcome: a workable concept with defined responsibilities.
Delivery
We turn the plan into concrete steps, with deadlines, budgets and clear ownership.
Outcome: a running project with deadlines and a budget.
Support
We stay with the project: steering, reporting and course corrections until the structure holds.
Outcome: regular reporting and defined responsibilities.
Frequently asked questions
What you should know in advance.
The questions we are asked most often on first contact, answered openly before you pick up the phone.
It starts with a free 30 to 45 minute conversation. In it we clarify your situation, your goal and the conditions involved. You then receive a written assessment with possible starting points, and only after that do you decide whether and how far we work together.
That depends on the area. An initial market or partner search produces solid results within a few weeks; developing a business model or an organisational structure usually takes several months. Projects and trading relationships we will support on an ongoing basis if you wish. We agree the timeframe together before we start.
Depending on the task we work with daily or monthly fees, a fixed price for clearly defined projects, or, in trade and brokerage, a success-based component. Which model fits is settled in the first conversation. You always receive a written quote in advance, and the first conversation itself is free of charge.
Everything from conversations and documents is treated as confidential. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first substantive exchange, which is the norm for market entry, trade and real estate matters. We name clients only with written approval.
German and English, in conversation, correspondence and documents. For cross-border matters inside the single market that removes the detour through third parties and speeds up coordination considerably.
We coordinate from Germany and work with partners and contacts in the respective target markets. Day-to-day coordination runs digitally, and we schedule on-site meetings where being there in person makes the difference: partner meetings, supplier selection and project handovers. Responsibilities and reporting lines are set out in writing at the start of the project.
